I hate my body

I just can't seem to get pregnant and can't get help yet from drs.... Its been nine months... Not only does it kill me mentally and emotionally each time I get AF but AF is so indescribably painful! Two days away from AF and I am having pink spotting and extreme pain and discomfort already ?
