Tips to quit smoking?

I've quit and started back up multiple times. I need suggestions how to curve the craving. Not pregnant yet and would like to quit before I am.

Every time you want to have a cigarette, do something else first. Works especially well if you do something good for you- drink a glass of water, do 10 squats, etc. You can also start a baby jar. Every time you DON'T buy a pack, put that money aside for pregnancy tests, baby gear, or maternity clothes. Good luck!

Everytime i wanted a fag i bit into a raw lemon then smoked one it was not only pure rank tasting but theirs only so many time youll bite that lemon before thats it. I stopped after 3days and was smoking up to 15 day
