Almost 5 month old..

The only way she naps or goes to sleep is when I feed her and hold her the entire time. Then I have to carefully try and put her down without her waking. This routine is also at bedtime but she does sleep all night.

I'm just not sure how I can place her down and have her fall asleep without my guidance. With my oldest daughter who is now 7, when she was this age, I would just put her down, she'd cry for. Few but would go to sleep without me holding her.

Any ideA on what I can do?
