Sorry it this is gross! Is this discharge or part of my mucus plug? Im 32 weeks pregnant!

To me it looks like discharge. Of my five previous pregnancies, I've noticed losing my plug with four of them. Mine came out in large thick clumps. Yours looks much thinner than mine did. There's quite a bit of the mucus plug and you can loose it in pieces starting several weeks before delivery. It can also grow back. I wouldn't worry. Like I said, it just looks like increased discharge
