Random Drug Test. Any nurses out there?

Today I took one oxycodone for my back. I have a random drug test in a few days that my coworkers have told me they'be heard is being administered. I have a really good job and can't risk failing the test. So I was wondering if anyone could tell me how long the oxycodone can stay in your urine and blood? Thanks in advance!

Also, they are not prescribed to me and this was a one time use.

If you are prescribed them, it's fine. If not, as long as you aren't a habitual user, it'll be out of your system by the time of the drug test

This should only stay in your system for up to 3 days, possible even less because your not using regularly. I had taken one for back pain as well, I couldn't sleep for 2 days.. Gave in Tylenol wasn't working. I got tested the next day at the doctors I told my doctor I took it for back pain, idk if they note those things(sure they do) but he didn't seem to think it was a big deal.

If you take it for a bad back I'm guessing your perscribed it so I'm not sure why your so bothered? Your aloud to take opioids if perscribed so aslong as you tell them it won't be a proglem but it stays roughly 3-4 days in your system
