Milk production DROP
Ugh, my friendly period is trying to come back and my milk has dropped so much! I'm so scared I will dry up! I've been doing lactation cookies, Gatorade, and milk tea... It's still barely anything! What else can I do!?! We are 4.5mo and he refuses formula!!! HELP!
