ok now I'm confused! Foreskin Question..

I saw a post on here a few days ago asking how to properly clean a newborns uncircumsized penis..

a most everyone including me said your not suppose to pull the forskin back.. I even looked online and found this.. along with lots of other things that said the same thing..

but I also just found this one that tells you to pull it back! I'm so confused! My mom is so stubborn and she believes in her way only which is your suppose to pull it back.. she's mad at me and stopped talking to me and now I'm sitting. here pissed off at her because she is so stuck in her ways.. she is such a hipocryt "spell check?" and I fixing to tell you to get out of my life!
