Breast Augmentation

Has anyone breast fed with breast implants? I had a full lift and silicone gummy bear implants under the muscle just over a year ago and am now about 24 weeks pregnant. Wondering what breast feeding was like and what the long term effect on post surgery results was. Mine are very sore/heavy and HUGE. I MEAN HUGE... It's got me wondering if they may stay this way. Thanks!
