Slept with two..

I just woke up and realized I slept with two tampons in.. A. I don't usually sleep wth a tampon.. And B. I've never had two.. I remember being pretty uncomfortable when I put it in but thought it was just in the wrong spot or something.. How do I know if I have toxic shock? I'm deathly worried I am now more suceptable to getting it..
