Does a mc hurt right away when u start bleeding

I had a little cramping when I was spotting around 8pm. I woke up about 1:30 in so much pain and I was bleeding extremely heavy. My bf took me to the er around 6 am. I was in so much pain they gave me oxicodon even though I said I didn't want anything. After they made me take the pain pills I had more period cramps after that.

Thanks ladies... Was diag with a subchorionic hemorrhage... Baby is moving great and heart is beating strong... We are 2 days further than expected and at 6 weeks exactly... 😘😘😘

It didn't for me. I miscarried at 7.5 weeks in January this year and when the bleeding first started I had no pain. It took 3 days to miscarry. On the 2nd day cramping started and on the 3rd day the cramping turned into actual contractions (I have an almost 3 year old son so I know what they feel like lol) and got so bad I couldn't even stand. It continued until I passed the baby in the toilet right before heading to the e.r. The bleeding continued until all remaining tissue was passed.
