Bleeding during the 1st trimester

Has anybody else experienced bleeding during there entire 1st trimester. Sometimes mine is off and on sometimes it's extremely light pink sometimes it's a bright red color and it's dripping into the toilet but I've had no clots passing and no cramps. I notice it usually happens first thing in the morning and gets a little lighter throughout the day. I've already contacted my doctor they just said to keep my normal appointment that I have at the end of July and if it gets worse to call again but I just wanted others opinions as well. This is my first pregnancy and literally everything worries me. Any insight would be greatly appreciated from all. Thanks.
