Trying to conceive

Can anyone give me some advise or tips on trying to conceive? I'm 23 and my boyfriend is 25 we have been trying for a few months now and everytime I feel I might be pregnant, it turns out negative. I know it takes time, but I was just wondering if there's anything I could do to help.? I thought it would be fun and exciting trying for a baby together, but now I feel let down and disappointed everytime.
