Those of you that have had good experiences With LEAST SIDE EFFECTS, or have tried more then one method please give me input need to choose a BC

Had nexplenon for 3 years: developed bad anxiety and depression, acne, no sex drive, bled the first two months straight. After I got it taken out I got put on lo loesteogen pill. Gained 60+ lbs in just two months. Developed PCOS and did some research and a lot of women develop PCOS after nexplenon. It also took me 2+ years to get pregnant after not taking anything. Everyone is different.
