When will you announce your pregnancy

Question

So yesterday my fiance & I we're talking about when is a good time to announce our 4th baby. With our youngest daughter he spilled the beans way to soon. I want to wait until I know what we're having (since we have 3 girls) I know everyone will be predicting the sex like last time. So when will you be announcing your pregnancy.

I told a few people already but part of me wants to wait until I have the gender ultrasound or my first ultrasound. I've had two early miscarriages (one at 5 weeks and one at 7 weeks) so I'm afraid to tell my family

I just asked my husband this. He wants to wait. I asked him, "if we miscarry, are you going to tell your parents of our second loss?"  He says "yes"  and so my train of thought is why don't we tell them now so they can be happy even if it does end up being a short time?
