How rapid are your mood swings during your period?

Mainly asked out of pure curiosity, how rapid are they? How do you handle them? I've always done Coke and chocolate! But I am curious of how you deal with them!

I worked in an automotive shop for a year with all men and they all knew when shark week was coming 😂😂😂 they were all super sweet but would tease me all the time. Honestly for me I try to exercise, especially when I'm on my period (even though it's the last thing I want to do). It relieves stress and period pains but if I'm super moody I just don't talk to anyone. Saves me from being a bitch to innocent people lol
