Glow right for the first time! !

Melinda • I struggle with endometriosis..For 5 years now I`ve been trying to get pregnant. . Did the whole fertomed cycle twice. Had 3 operations already everything looks normal and i even checked my folicals*
So I've been using Glow for 4 months now TTC FOR OVER 6 Months glow got my AF perfect this time? does this mean my cycle might be good now? Also the ovulation days might be good to? I'm so confused with these things I don't know what to do any more. When the right time might be. . ????? I also would like to know all the best prenatal vitamins to use when trying to enhance pregnancy? ?
