cramping while ovulating?

So I'm on my 3rd ovulation day, I've been having sex, yada yada and today I woke up with really bad period/like cramps! it's not specifically on a sid. any thoughts on what it might be?

Yeah, I didn't start cramping when I ovulated until my 20's so it could very well be a new thing for you! Sometimes women get little cysts on their ovaries too that burst when we ovulate...perfectly natural thing and maybe that's you!

I always cramp when I'm ovulating so may just be that in itself :)
