How far along?

Stupid question sorry: If a dr does blood work and it says you are roughly 2 weeks approx from conception.  Are you technically 2wks along or 4 wks since most go by your last period?

Id say that means you are 4 weeks

At the time of conception you are cinsidered two weeks so that would make you four weeks ☺️
