Late and BFN!!

So I haven't gotten a period since October 24th and I bought some tests from this site called cheap pregnancy test. I think I have taken about 10 and they all come up negative. Does anyone think I should go out and buy something better or is it possible my body is just gonna skip November. Some one please help me ???
