I hate periods and cramps I'm 16 and what do I do to stop the cramps

Advil. My doctor has me take 4 the first time, and 2 every 6 hours until the pain subsides.

Well I'm 22 and I've had my menstrual since I was 13; drunk plenty of water and take midol and pain meds before the pain like every morning and night

Drink something warm also and a hot towel

Anndd just sit on the toilet...let it run out that's so comfy ! 😂

You can use a heating pad or warm up a hot water bottle.
