I'm feeling sick 😔

I can't find my post so idk if I posted it but I need help and it's urgent I'm sick and I have a stuffy and runny nose , I'm so upset I feel like puking and crying I need help I've new drinking tea ! & i wonder if I can take theraful ! I feel like I'm a step before the flu but I still have my taste ! I want to take a bath but I will puke 😔pls help me .. Idk what to do and I'm starting to feel soooo weak ! I'm trying to relax but I'm freaking out 😩😔🙃. I'm 24 wks and I've taken Tylenol lastnight and a Zantac for heartburn I also took a Allegra this morning for my allergies I'm just so confused and hurt help me !
