I'm a Ftm, 38w4d, having some pretty uncomfortable contractions (not BH) but I'm going to try to get some sleep in my own bed and see how things are in the morning. They are pretty erratic so timing them seems a little useless right now.. I haven't had any waters break, mucus plug or show of any kind.

What do you recommend for a comfortable sleeping position? Seems like if I stand or lay down (propped up by several pillows because heartburn) they get stronger and if I sit they sort of get weaker but I cannot sleep sitting.. ugh what do I do??
