Advice please chemical pregnancy

I am currently pregnant with rainbow twins.

Tried alongside my best friend. I got pregnant at 10 months ttc.

She continued til month 14/15 found out she was pregnant.

We were ecstatic! I was so happy she was finally pregnant! She had some spotting so she went to the ER and her hcg was 49. Then 3 days later went down to 47. And today went to 37. They have to monitor til it gets to 0.

My question is even though I've been through a loss, it was 5 years ago and the pregnancy was unplanned.

How can/should I be there for her? I don't want to leave her to struggle but I also don't want to overwhelm her.
