Sex after C-Section
I didn't realize that after a C-Section sex would be so painful (considering the baby wasn't born through the vaginal canal). Is anyone else experiencing this? Any helpful tips or hints to ease the pain and ease back into having a normal sex life?
PS I am 7 weeks postpartum and had the official sign off from the doc that it was okay to have sex.
