My husband and I are ttc

We have been trying for a year now. We are wanting one. My mother-in-law isn't doing the best haven all kind of surgeries and all kind of stuff happening. We really want one before something seriously bad happens cause my husband does not have any kids of his own and he really wants one before his mother passes away (and because he wants those sweet newborn lovens of his own to of course) and it's very depressing because  every month I feel like I have failed him with another BFN!!!!  Even though I do t really fail him that's just how I feel. So I was just wondering if anyone or someone you know has tried vitex and it actually work????? Sorry for such long story. Just need advise and opinions. Thanks in advance
