Dream feed anyone?

Please share your experience and thoughts! Does it work and how? Is it worth it to do this extra feed or skip it til baby wakes later?

I haven't managed to keep her asleep for it, but I do offer a feed if I'm about to go to bed. I find it 'resets' her so I get a decent block of sleep.

I've been doing it for a couple of weeks with my 9 week old. 90% of the time she stays asleep through the feed, just sucks out of instinct. She never drinks a full feed though. Not really sure how much use it is in terms of longer sleeps as she still wakes up a few times in the night anyway...
