God Bless America
No one deserves to die regardless of race, gender, occupation, religion, sexual orientation, or anything else. It is my sincerest hope that we can come together as a nation to end the senseless murders of ALL our citizens. Just in the last few weeks this nation has seen those killed in Dallas for joining the Police Force, in Baton Rouge (and so many other places) for thier race, in Orlando for thier sexual orientation, and many I'm sure for thier Islamic faith because of ISIS activity. It is my prayer that we can come together as Americans regardless of these differences to change our nation, not with violence but with our hearts and minds. That we may change the way we see and treat eachother. "Be the change you want to see in the world." Ghandi spoke those words many years ago, but they still ring true. It may not happen overnight, but if each and every American was open minded enough to see this way.... We could make this nation a safe and beautiful place for all of our citizens. But it starts with each of us. Get rid of the labels.... Gay, straight, black, white, Muslim, Christian.... Let us instead be AMERICANS. Strong, united, and empathetic. God Bless America. 🇺🇸
