Prescription to help milk supply

I didn't believe I was making enough milk and I told my doctor about it and he prescribed METOCLOPRAMIDE to help with my milk production. Has anyone else taken this to help with it? I haven't taken it yet I didn't want to go to that I've tried everything fenugreek Brewers yeast mothers milk tea etc and I pump 8oz in the morning and 6 oz mid morning and after that I get lucky if I get 3 oz throughout the day and I nurse him before I give him a bottle but he never gets enough I think because after he nurses he drinks a 4oz bottle.. And I pump like I said barely 3 oz what should I do take the prescription? And I pump every 2 hours
