Realtor question.

Is there anyone here who is a realtor that I can get an answer from? I have been in escrow for a house for sale since January but the home was short sale, so I know the process can be long. I still haven't heard from my agent the final sale price. How much longer can it be? And when I pass by the property it has a yellow paper outside on the window. What can it be? (People still living there so don't want to get off).
