Dear white people
Hi there! I too am white before you get your knickers in a twist.
I have one question for you.
Why are so so reluctant to helping the black community?
In the past 24 hours I have never seen so many white people try to justify themselves. They know we're not all bad; why would you assume they dislike us all?
I have seen a lot of you, sit there and comment how #alllivesmatter, if you believe this then why won't you help the black people have their lives respected as much as ours? What are you afraid of?
I'm starting to think you don't want to help POC overcome this, you just want to sit there are cry wolf yet again.
From a white British female who's only visited America once. I send my love and hope over the pond to you all. I also hope that these people who are spouting pointless comments of justification are silenced.
It's your time to speak, and I stand by you in whichever way I can.

Edit: it's apparent that some people aren't here to support the movement or the tragic incidents that have occurred, and I'm sorry that you've had to go through this. If you're that hurt by the words 'dear white people' imagine how you'd feel if your people were being murdered just for being white. Be supportive and nice. It's not much to ask.
