Husband and I are TTC and this cycle was my first round of Clomid. I was 4 days late for AF. It started out super light with just some brown spotting. And then BAM super heavy flow and cramps! Now tonight as I lay down to go to sleep I noticed I was having a lot of pelvic pain and pressure and that I was also having pain in my rectal area (bad, sharp, shooting pain) and felt like I needed to have a bowel movement. However, any time I try it is painful! Now, it's 3 AM and I'm wake again due to the pain waking me. I got up, went to the bathroom, and got all cleaned up but the rectal pain is horrible. Is this normal?! Should I be concerned?! I've always had bad periods as I have PCOS and Hypothyroidism. But this is a brand new symptom and I'm not sure what to do with it. I would really appreciate any advice you ladies may have! Thank you!!
