Engorged but no milk coming out
Hi ..today is the first time I started using electronic pump ..medela double electric..afternoon and evening I was able to get milk out but now I am hardly(morning 5 am) getting any milk ..my left side is engorged but no milk is coming out..I tried hand express and massage as well .my lo refuses to latch on it ..please help how do I get milk out
