Miscarried my rainbow baby yesterday

I was so excited to post last week about my rainbow baby. We had taken 6 pregnancy tests, 3 different brands, and they all came out positive. Everything was going fine, or so I thought, until yesterday afternoon at work. I started cramping, then spotting and then full out bleeding. I went to the ER and sadly my levels dropped drastically and the ultrasound was empty. This is my 3rd miscarriage. I am so devastated and heart broken. I clearly don't have a problem getting pregnant, it's staying pregnant. I find comfort in knowing that I have 4 angels in heaven watching over my husband and I. Thanks for letting me vent.
