My induction is not working

My water broke yesterday around 7:39 pm and we were in hospital at 8pm. I was 2 cm dilated so they gave me pitosin twice and it didn't helped at all .. My vagina was already sore and I was bleeding from vaginal exams... After 12 hours I was still 2 cm do they started induction. Unfortunately nothing is working. They have gone from 15 ml to 275 ml but no contractions... I am really worried. I don't know what will tht do now.
