Heartbroken

I've been with my bf for a year and a half. We've lived together for about a year. He's never said I love you. He teases me about my cooking (not playful teasing usually.) he didn't tell me about his sexual desires (he likes it in the butt) until over a year into the relationship. He has a bunch of money (he owns 7 houses and is a workaholic) but won't even buy me flowers. He rarely takes me out on dates. If I say I wanna go out he says okay but makes me pay. He only pays if it's his idea which is super rare. He says I need to pay for vacations, we can't go half and half bc he needs his money for his houses. I told him we need to have a serious talk and he said okay but spent hours outside hanging out with the neighbor and then bitched about me needing a few minutes of his time to have this serious talk.  Other than that he's a great guy. We don't argue much. He always pays the house bills on time. (I buy groceries and all household items and my bills) but he FINALY sat down for this talk and I went off telling him I don't deserve to be a back burner bitch. I don't understand how he can't love me after a year and a half. I want to get married one day and have children (he said he wanted that too) but if it takes this long for him to even say ily then what's the chances of that happening. I miss I love you's. We're only getting older. I asked him if he wanted me to stay or go bc I'm at a crossroads. He sat there quiet for ten minutes and I asked what he was thinking and he said 'I'm thinking!' And I said okay no rush. But then I realized it shouldn't be that hard of a question. I told him I have a place to go for a few days while he thinks about it. He said 'where???' I told him my parents house. He stayed quiet so I packed a bag and left. He just sat there on the couch speechless.
