Implantation bleeding?

Hi, my name is Ariel. My husband and I have been trying for a baby for about two months now. I'm 6 days away from my period and I had some pinkish brown spotting when I went to the restroom. I've had some cramps but not like a normal period cramp, and I've been a little nauseous on and off for a week now. I've also slept ALOT. I'm sleeping almost 14 hours a day and I'm so thirsty all the time.  Is there any chance that this could be the start of a BFP?
