Implantation or period? 😂

Hi, I've had spotting on and off this month and it lasted for up to 5 days or so? Is that normal? But the nurse at the clinic said my period was suppose to be on the 28th of June and it hasn't came yet at all? Should I be worried or am I fine? I had sex on May 31st, we used a condom but I'm not on birth control. I took a pregnancy test on June 13th and it was negative. So is this all in my head?please give me advice!😩😭😂
