What can I put on LO neck?

Today during tummy time I noticed that his neck is red. It looks like it's one of the creases. What can I out on there to help the redness go away?

I wipe down the area with a saline wipe and then pat dry and put just a tad bit of diaper rash cream on it. Clears up in about 10hrs :)

Clean it, dry it then I put butt paste😉. Cleared it up right away

The white gunk is corn starch . After a day or two it clears up
