screams ALL DAY

my daughter wakes up around 10 or 11 every morning.. I'll get her back to sleep after changing and feeding her, then when I put her down she screams. and she does this until around 9 or 10 at night. she sleeps 6-7 hours uninterrupted at night then we start the process again. I have to call my grandparents to come over during the day so I can just use the bathroom because I feel so bad that she screams when I put her down. I can't eat, so it's hurting my milk supply, I can't pump, so that's hurting my milk supply.. do I just let her cry? do you guys have any tips? yes I do use gripe water or gas drops if I can tell she has gas, but most of the time she's just throwing a fit because I won't hold her. she'll fake hungry until I pick her up sometimes and when I try to give her the bottle she'll choke herself because she doesn't want it! I'm a first time mom and I'm a single mother so any help would be great!
