Preterm labor
I started early labor at 30 weeks being 1/2 cm dilated I am now 34 weeks and 4 days at my last appointment I was 2 cm and 50% thinned out. I've lost mucous here and there every day since and the day of my appointment it had a tiny trace of blood. How much longer is your guess before he makes his grand entrance
