Sore breasts after ovulation?

I ovulated 4 days ago and my breasts are full and painful around the nipples. Mild weird cramping also..

Normal after ovulation? Anyone else? I'm hoping it's an early sign👶✨🙈

I O 'd on cd 23 and on cd 28 had really bad cramps. I have terribly sore boobs and my nipples have been hard for 3 days and I've been super tired

This usually happens to me right after I ovulate as well. I asked my gyno, she said it normally happens post ovulation because of the progesterone surge. I wouldn't get excited unless your period doesn't come at all.
