Does this look promising?

I'm about 10/11 dpo I've taken a test due to nausea and dizziness and even fainting at one point I have non stop mild cramps? And it came out bfn? Af is due between the 11/14 I go off of 4 diffrent apps they all say 11-12-13-14 should be my start date! Should I be happy with getting this milky white discharge? Could it mean something or am I out for the month?
