SMEP... successful??

Share your stories for the sperm meets egg plan that were successful please! We BD'd every day last month in my fertile window and it didn't work.. looking to try another method!

I used SMEP. We pretty much followed it but we skipped one day and I got positive OPK the following day so we BD'd that night and the night after but I got a UTI so we skipped the 3rd night then tried the following night but was too painful due to UTI so we stopped. We used preseed as well. Got BFP that cycle

I am in the same boat as you! We BD everyday for two weeks during my fertile time last month and it didn't work. So I am going to try the SMEP this month.. Maybe the BD everday was not helping? Who knows! I'm also using preseed for the first time this month too. Baby dust!
