Don't worry it has NOTHING to do with how active you are or about exercise! It goes up it you do your "daily tasks " like take your AM temp. If you took your vitamins, checked your cm, and took your ovulation test. And any other thing they ask of you even the weird ones like "switch your lettuce with spinach" lol Good Luck!!
