Fullness/heaviness..good sign???

So I believe that I ovulated on the 5th. I had EWCM that day and then it stopped and turned to creamy. Sorry TMI. So I would be 3 DPO now, and I have been having small cramps and a really heavy fullness or pressure in my lower abdomen. I know implantation couldn't have happened yet but has anyone had similar symptoms and ended up getting BFP?
