Prenatal Pills Or Gummy.?

My 1st pregnancy I Did Prenatal Pills but This Time Around For My 2nd pregnancy I Had Bought The Gummy Prenatal... Is It Still Affective as The Pills.?

I was taking the gummies throughout my first and second trimesters and it was really hard. The taste was nasty, but I kinda have a phobia of taking pills and I was like nope these prenatal safe just too big lol. Then I realized that the gummies didn't have iron in them so I switched to the pills and I like them better, even tho it takes me about 2-3 mins to swallow them 😂😂😂😂

I've asked about this and I was told they are really bad for your teeth and because some of the pieces stick to your teeth, your body isn't  really getting every piece of goodness like you would in a pill.

I was taking gummy prenatals before finding out I was pregnant. The only reason I switched was bc I was prescribed pills that were free through my insurance. The only difference was the pills had calcium & iron in them. I stayed on the gummy for a bit when I had nausea to be able to keep them down.

Personally, I hated the taste of the gummy so I switched back to the pill,  it's so much easier.

Yep my doctor said the only different between over the counter gummies and the pills doc prescribes is that the ones they prescribe are free. Other than that, no difference.
