Anyone else TTC with only one ovary?

I had a dermoid cyst the size of a grapefruit removed about 6 months ago and lost my left ovary in the process. I still have a healthy right ovary and both tubes. I was just curious if anyone else is dealing/has dealt with this? Any input or advice is welcomed!

I have one Fallopian tube & both ovaries. I lost my left Fallopian tube to a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. 😞 Does that count? If it's any help, it only took me three months to conceive with only one side working. Hope that helps. Baby dust! 👶🏽✨

Hello! I had a 10 cm mass on my left ovary and got the ovary and Fallopian tube out December 2015. 
I'm 33 and DH is 41. We got pregnant on our first try!! First time parents for both us!

Anyone else TTC with only one ovary?
