What The Heck?!

Okay my fertile time was from June 27th to July 2nd-I never had sex during these days but my boyfriend and I did fool around here and there but never any penetration and I can't even remember what exactly we did because if we did anything it wasn't that crazy. But anyways, in July 3rd the day after ovulation was over I had some spotting. It was mixed with EWCM and wasn't a lot of blood but was around here and there for about 2 days. Granted that on the 3rd my boyfriend fingered me really hard and could have cut me; I'm just scared what this could be from.
