Placenta previa and subchronic Hemorrhaging

Has anyone had Placenta previa and subchronic Hemorrhaging  at 20 weeks and delivered a healthy baby? I was seeing a specialist who just diagnosed me with this. He didn't seem too concerned but I'm going back next week to my normal OBGYN. I'm scared they are going to put me on bed rest already. I'm an active person and I love working out and have a job. I know once they tell me bed rest I will be at home and I know I want what's best for our baby! Just wondering others who went thru this and what the Drs said.
