Constipated and nothing works

I'm 8 weeks pregnant and I haven't been pooping regularly for a while now but now I haven't been able to go AT ALL. I haven't gone in maybe 5 days, and in feeling horrible. I don't see my doctor until NEXT FRIDAY. I've taken 3 dolcolex stool softners today and nothing! What has worked for you? Should I go to urgent care? Not sure what to do, I just want to poop normal again lol
